Terms & conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms apply to purchases of physical goods from Palma Antarah. Please read them together with our Delivery and Returns policies before placing an order. You can print or save these pages. We will provide the applicable contract information in a form you can keep.

1. Who we are

The seller is Palma Antarah LTD, company number 17522797, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: SUITE10 CAPITAL, HOUSE 61 AMHURST ROAD, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM E8 1LL. Email: info@palma-antarah.co.uk.

2. Products and descriptions

Check the description, format, colour, quantity, compatibility and any safety information before ordering. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. Illustrative lifestyle images may include items not supplied; the listing identifies what is included. Your selected product options form part of the order. No statement in these terms excuses a material difference between goods and their description.

3. Prices, tax and payment

Prices are shown in the store’s stated currency. The total, delivery charges and taxes we collect are shown before you pay. Tax and import arrangements: We are not currently registered for UK VAT and do not separately charge UK VAT. For USA orders, we arrange duties-paid delivery and cover the import duties and clearance charges payable through our chosen shipping service; no additional import charge is collected by us after checkout. For EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and Canada, import VAT, duties and carrier clearance charges may be payable by the recipient and are not included in our product or delivery prices. These depend on the goods, their origin, order value and destination rules, so we cannot calculate them reliably in advance. Free delivery covers standard postage only; it does not remove recipient-paid import charges. Any taxes collected by us at checkout are shown before payment.. Payment methods are those actually offered at checkout; their availability can depend on location and provider checks.

If we discover a genuine price or description error before acceptance, we will contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel and refund the order. We will not substitute a higher price without your agreement.

4. Placing an order

You can review your bag, correct details and see the total before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. Our initial email acknowledges receipt; acceptance normally occurs when we send dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and refund any payment taken. Payment authorisation or collection does not remove your consumer rights.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and ensure you are entitled to use the chosen payment method. We may make proportionate checks to prevent fraud, but will never ask you to send full payment-card details by email. Payment availability is determined by the services shown at checkout; we do not claim governmental approval of individual transactions.

5. Delivery and ownership

Our Delivery policy explains availability, costs, times, customs and delays. Consumer goods remain at our risk until you or your nominated recipient takes possession, subject to the legal exception where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us. Ownership passes when payment is received in full and the goods are delivered.

6. Cancellation, returns and faults

Our Returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms. It includes the 30-day change-of-mind period, optional cancellation form, return costs, refund timing and separate faulty-product remedies. Withdraw from contract here.

7. Liability and your rights

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose a blanket exclusion of consequential loss on consumers.

Where an event outside our reasonable control affects performance, we will inform you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect. Your statutory delay, cancellation and refund rights still apply.

8. Accounts and website use

Keep account credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not misuse the website, submit malicious content or interfere with another customer’s use. Our branding, original website content and design may not be reused commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

9. Business purchases

Business purchasers should identify themselves before agreeing a bespoke quotation. Any different business terms must be supplied and agreed before the contract. Merely entering a company name does not remove rights you legally hold as a consumer.

10. Complaints and disputes

Contact info@palma-antarah.co.uk with your order details and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond. If a complaint cannot be resolved, we will give any alternative dispute resolution information required by applicable law; we do not claim membership of an unconfirmed scheme.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but this does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law, including their home courts where those rights apply. No compulsory foreign forum or arbitration clause is imposed.

11. Updates

We may update these terms for future orders. The version supplied when your order was placed applies to that order unless a lawful change is expressly agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
