We deliver from the United Kingdom to the UK, EU member countries, Norway, Switzerland, the contiguous United States and Canada. A destination is available only when a delivery option is offered for your address at checkout. We do not offer universal delivery to every country or territory.
Dispatch origin
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.Our London registered office is not necessarily the dispatch location. Product-specific dispatch arrangements will be disclosed before purchase.

Add our 1–2 working day preparation period to estimate the time from ordering. Working days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. A delivery date is guaranteed only if expressly identified as guaranteed before purchase.
Free standard delivery over £100
Standard delivery is free when the product subtotal after discounts is greater than £100, excluding delivery and any taxes collected at checkout. This applies to all destinations we serve. Exactly £100 does not qualify. Priority delivery remains £7.95. The available choices and your final delivery charge are shown before payment.
Where we deliver
UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Separate Crown Dependencies, including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, are not included. Europe: EU member countries, Norway and Switzerland. North America: the contiguous USA and Canada. We do not currently deliver to Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or US military addresses. If no service is offered for an address, please contact us before ordering.
Taxes and customs
We are not currently registered for UK VAT and do not separately charge UK VAT. For USA orders, we arrange duties-paid delivery and cover the import duties and clearance charges payable through our chosen shipping service; no additional import charge is collected by us after checkout. For EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and Canada, import VAT, duties and carrier clearance charges may be payable by the recipient and are not included in our product or delivery prices. These depend on the goods, their origin, order value and destination rules, so we cannot calculate them reliably in advance. Free delivery covers standard postage only; it does not remove recipient-paid import charges. Any taxes collected by us at checkout are shown before payment.The checkout will identify charges we collect. Where you are responsible for import taxes, duties or clearance fees that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will disclose that before the order is placed. We will not describe delivery as duties paid unless that service actually applies. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected.
Confirmation and tracking
We send an order acknowledgement after checkout and a dispatch confirmation when goods leave the dispatch facility. Tracking information is provided where the selected service includes tracking. If items will arrive separately, we will explain this without imposing unagreed additional delivery charges.
If there is a delay
If we cannot meet the agreed delivery arrangement, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where required. For UK consumer orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period has been expressly agreed. If an essential agreed deadline is missed, or we refuse delivery, you may have an immediate right to cancel; otherwise you can normally set an appropriate additional deadline before ending the contract.
For US orders, we will have a reasonable basis for the advertised shipment time. If we cannot ship within that time, or within 30 days if no shipment time is stated, we will seek any consent required for a delay or provide the required cancellation and prompt refund. Silence will not be treated as consent where affirmative consent is required.
Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please contact us if an order is missing or arrives damaged or incorrect. A photograph can help us investigate, but is not a condition of your statutory rights. For consumer orders, risk normally passes when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession. We remain responsible for resolving problems with carriers we appoint.
Check your delivery details before paying and tell us promptly about an error. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained and must be lawful and reasonable.
