Information comes mainly from you, and from delivery and payment providers reporting order progress. Required checkout fields are needed to process an order; without them we may be unable to supply goods. We do not ask for special-category information. Do not submit full payment-card details in messages.

Payment information

Payment providers process payment credentials through their configured services. We receive transaction references and payment status and may receive limited payment-method details. The exact data flow depends on the payment service selected; consult its notice at checkout.

Service providers and recipients

We share necessary information with service providers for website hosting and security, business email, payment processing, shipping and professional accounting or legal advice. Couriers receive the recipient and parcel information needed to deliver an order. Payment-provider details are shown when that provider is offered at checkout. We do not publish security-sensitive infrastructure information, sell customer information or share it for behavioural advertising.

We share information needed for hosting, payment processing, dispatch, customer service and professional advice. We may disclose records to authorities when legally required. Providers may act as processors or independent controllers depending on their role. We do not currently use advertising pixels, optional analytics or an email marketing subscription.

International transfers

Information may be processed outside the UK where a service provider operates internationally. Where UK or EU transfer restrictions apply, we use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards and any required additional protections. Contact info@palma-antarah.co.uk for information about the recipient countries and safeguards relevant to your information.

Where UK or EU transfer restrictions apply, transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or an appropriate safeguard, such as approved contractual clauses together with any required assessment and supplementary measures. Contact us for details and a copy or explanation of relevant safeguards.

Retention

Order, transaction and related accounting records are normally retained for six years after the end of the relevant financial year. General enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after resolution. Withdrawal, refund and dispute records may be retained with the associated order for the applicable legal-record period. Account information is retained while the account is used and reviewed after 24 months of inactivity. Security logs are retained only as needed for security and investigation, normally up to 90 days. Records subject to a legal claim or hold may be retained longer.

We keep data only for the stated purposes and applicable legal periods. A dispute, legal hold or specific statutory obligation may require longer retention. We securely delete or anonymise information when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. If we ever rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Rights have legal conditions and exceptions; we may request proportionate identity verification.

Contact info@palma-antarah.co.uk to exercise a right. We respond within the applicable legal deadline, normally one month under UK/EU data protection law, explaining any lawful extension. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects as part of this store.

Complaints and regional requirements

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. EU residents may contact their local supervisory authority. Regional information: EU residents may contact their local supervisory authority and may exercise applicable GDPR rights. Customers elsewhere may exercise any additional privacy rights provided by local law by contacting info@palma-antarah.co.uk. We do not sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Any representative or additional regional disclosures required as our operations develop will be made available through this notice.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as part of this store. Any later advertising, analytics or provider changes require a fresh review of this statement and any applicable choice mechanisms.

Children, security and updates

The store is intended for general shopping, not services directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child submitted information improperly. We use proportionate organisational and technical protections, but no system is risk-free. This notice is updated when our actual processing changes. The current notice is available on this page.
